Purchase conditions

Scope

These general conditions regulate online purchases made through Lanzaloe’s website.

Lanzaloe, S.L., whose registered office is located at Calle La Quemadita, 96 - Órzola - Haría, 35541 Las Palmas and whose CIF (tax ID code) is B35690098, is registered in the Lanzarote Register of Companies in volume 395, book 0, page 51,  sheet IL-9456, registration: 1st.

 

Cookies

The use of our website requires the use of cookies. Cookies are used to store your order throughout the entire purchase process and to provide the system with the information required to process the order correctly. Prices

All prices indicated on the website are expressed in Euros and includeIVA (VAT)/IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).

Shipping costs will be detailed at the end of the purchase process and will depend on the place of delivery (the Peninsula and the rest of Europe). Shipping costs shall be paid entirely by the customer.

 

Delivery

Once the order has been placed and paid, it will be delivered to the courier company SEUR, according to the following delivery times:

  • Shipping to the Peninsula: between 7 and 11 days.

  • Shipping to the rest of Europe: between 8 and 15 days.

 

Right of withdrawal

The customer may withdraw from the Contract at any time within fourteen (14) working days from the date on which the order is confirmed. In this case, the customer will not be liable for any penalty and will only be required to pay shipping costs, where necessary.

The right to withdraw from the Contract shall apply exclusively to those products that are returned in exactly the same conditions as those in which they are received. No refund will be given if the product has been used or damaged in any way and, therefore, the customer should make sure that the product(s) is/are treated with care while in their possession.

 

Satisfaction guarantee

If the customer is not satisfied with the product and decides to return it, the product will be replaced with another identical product or a refund will be givenup to 60 days after delivery.

 

Contract formalisation

The contract may be formalised in any of the languages in which the website is available: Spanish, English or German.

Extrajudicial dispute resolution

Upon their own decision and waiving the right to any other jurisdiction, the parties submitto the courts and tribunals of the user’s residence for dispute resolution. Likewise, as an entity affiliated to CONFIANZA ONLINE and under the terms of its Code of Ethics, in the event of disputes in relation to trading and online advertising, data protection, protection of minors and accessibility, users may turn to the extrajudicial dispute resolution system offered by CONFIANZA ONLINE (www.confianzaonline.es).
