Pur et utile 1 people found this helpfulJe fais régulièrement des cures. Je prends 2 c à soupe de jus d'aloé le matin à jeun. Ces cures agissent sur mon transit et sur mes douleurs aux genoux (c'est un anti inflammatoire naturel). Par contre je le mets bien au frigo pour que se soit plus facile à boire.

Nun habe ich auch noch entdeckt, dass der Saft das Haarwachstum beschleunigt und die Haare pflegt. Seit etwa 6 Wochen trage ich die Flüssigkeit jeden Abend auf meine Kopfhaut auf. Es bilden sich vermehrt Haare, die Kopfhaut entspannt und fettet nicht mehr so stark nach.
